- We will abide by all applicable laws of the United States of America with regard to advertising disclosure.
- We will abide by all requirements and regulations imposed on us by the social media outlets we use (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok).
- Our travel is primarily self-funded. We pay for all trips we're reviewing with our own cash, miles, or points.
- If there is ever a time we accept something for free (or at a discount), we will be direct and upfront about it. Unless we tell you it was free (or discounted), we paid for it. In no way would a free or discounted product hinder our review for you.

Revenue earned by the LAC Factor, Daniel Lichanos, and Francislley Holzmeister is reinvested in the business to make more content. In the interest of full disclosure, here are the sources of revenue for Daniel Lichanos, Francislley Holzmeister, and the LAC Factor:
- YouTube Ads: Advertisements you see on YouTube videos. We have no influence over what ads are shown there.
- Google Ads: Advertisements through Google Ads on this website, Lacfactor.com.We have no influence over what ads are shown there.
- Merchandise: We may make merchandise available at some point in the future.
- Affiliate Relationships: Some companies may pay small commissions to LacFactor. When you click a link I provide prior to buying something from that company.
- Sponsorships: We will occasionally accept sponsors for some videos. Any product or service we advocate or take on as a sponsor is one we have tested and actually believe to be a good product or service. If and when we accept a sponsor, they will usually provide us with talking points. We will use those talking points to inform our own script. A sponsor will typically have final approval over the way we present their product or service. We will be direct and upfront with you about any sponsorships or relationships from which I receive compensation. At a bare minimum, such relationships will be outlined in video descriptions on YouTube or in captions on Instagram. More often than not, we'll also explain the relationship in voiceovers as well. Per YouTube’s requirements, we will notify YouTube when a video is sponsored.
- Travel Companions: Some of the folks you see in our videos have paid to accompany us on travel journeys. They are willing participants and have embarked freely on some of the most wonderful adventures and trips they have ever enjoyed.
