Hi! I'm Nick Daniel Lichanos Cochrane, and as a Business Professor with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I know a thing or two about exceeding guest service. But when I'm not in the classroom or at work, you can find me exploring new destinations and soaking up all the beauty this world has to offer. 

And Hello, I'm Francis Holzmeister, and I'm also a College Professor, which allows me to share my expertise and perspective through the beautiful language of Mathematics. 

Despite being allergic to dairy, we've managed to visit 34 U.S. States and 15 countries (and counting!). That's right, we've been able to indulge in all the local cuisine without letting our dairy allergy hold us back. And now, through vlogging, blogging, reviews, and consulting, we're on a mission to help others with dairy food allergies find their way around the world. 

 But that's not all - we want to inspire you to travel too! We're lovers of all things that move, so whether it's a road trip through the U.S. or a journey to a far-off land, there's nothing quite like experiencing new cultures and seeing the world through a different lens. So come along for the ride, and let's explore some of the most beautiful places on earth together!
