Keep Loving What Moves You!
Hi there lovers of all things that move!
We are excited to share our experiences with you! 😊With over 20 years of leadership experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries, Daniel has developed a love for traveling and exploring new places. He has a long name: Nicholas Daniel Lichanos Cochrane (two middle names - I know, lucky right?!) Anyhow, people usually call him Nick, Nicky, Dan, Daniel, or 'Professor' most of the time. (We'll get to the "Professor" thing in a sec) When we searched on google for Nick Cochrane we found many awesome people that would show up with that name, and often he was not one of them. So, he chose for his business to use his two middle names - Daniel Lichanos, because it was much more unique. After starting the business, it was not long before we started "googling" Daniel Lichanos and he was the first one that popped up - how fun!
We've been documenting our adventures through fun videos, blog posts, and even report cards (because who doesn't love those, right?). Oh, and as we mentioned - Daniel is also a Business Professor! He teaches courses on Management, Leadership, Business Ethics, Customer Relations, Entrepreneurship, Macroeconomics, Operational Systems, and Organizational Behavior.
He's a proud alumnus of University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he earned his Master's in Business Management, his Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership, and also graduated with an Associate's in Business from Northern Essex Community College. The other half of the Lac Factor is Francislley Holzmeister, who most call Francis, Ley, or Professor H. Francis was born in Brazil, but is proudly a U.S. Citizen and has called the U.S. home for over 25 years. He teaches Mathematics and Physics. Like Daniel, he also obtained his Master's in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, as well as his Bachelor's from UMass Lowell and his Associates from Middlesex Community College.
Francis has a great wealth of experience ranging from leadership roles in Grocery & Retail Stores, food production, residential home renovation, and years spent working in a shoe factory.
When Francis was only 7 years old, he remembers riding a train with his grandmother in Brazil. The train journey would last for hours and bring them from his home to a faraway city. He relished calculating the trip, watching the stops, and just thinking about how all the moving pieces of such a large device could transport thousands of people from place to place.
Please, come along with us as we love all things that move and navigate through life dairy-free, sharing our passion for travel and business!
