Our "No-Fly" List

  

As lovers of all things that move, we’ve traveled to countless destinations, experiencing the highs and lows along the way. Just like airlines maintain a no-fly list for passengers deemed ineligible to fly again (for a whole host of reasons), we’ve created our own version—a “no-fly list” for companies and experiences that have left us disappointed.

Our no-fly list isn’t just a collection of grievances; it’s a reflection of our commitment to honest reviews and constructive feedback. We recognize that it only takes one negative experience to overshadow an otherwise enjoyable trip. However, our list is based on several factors, including service quality, reliability, dairy free inclusiveness and accommodation, and overall customer experience. We believe in giving second (and even third) chances, as many companies can learn and grow from their mistakes.

We understand that many individuals and organizations work tirelessly to provide excellent service. It’s essential to acknowledge that not every experience is representative of a company’s overall quality. Some of those who have made our list have done so after multiple attempts to improve, while others may have earned their spot after just one disappointing encounter. We respect the hard work that goes into these industries and recognize that change is possible.

At the heart of our no-fly list is the belief that anyone and any company can change for the better. The real question is whether they are willing to do so. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered many organizations that seem indifferent to feedback or resistant to change. For this reason, they find themselves on our list. We hope that by sharing our experiences, we can encourage these companies to reflect on their practices and strive for improvement. We believe in the power of constructive criticism and the potential for positive change.
